Meet the author of the definitive guide to ADU Construction, "Backdoor Revolution". Kol Peterson is wildly knowledgable about ADUs and has lead the charge in Portland, Oregon. ADU adoption is higher in Portland than any other city in America, largely thanks to Kol's work!
